How can we help?

Open the app’s licence or upgrade screen and choose I already have a key, then enter the SM-… key from your receipt. Activating in one SecureMacApps app unlocks every app on that Mac. If the key is refused, the message says why — all Macs on the key in use, or the subscription lapsed.

Enter your email on the account page (or securemacapps.com/recover). Every key on file for that address is emailed to it within a minute, each with a manage link.

Enter the key on the account page. It shows the address it belongs to, partly hidden (jo*****@gmail.com), and can send a manage link there.

On the account page, enter your key and email, press Free this Mac next to the old one, then activate on the new Mac. The code shown for each Mac matches the one shown in the apps.

Licences are tied to a hash of the Mac’s hardware identifier, and replacing the logic board changes it. Free the old entry on the account page and activate again.

The last monthly payment did not go through — often an expired card or a UPI mandate that was revoked. Update the payment method from the link in Razorpay’s email, or write to us. The apps keep working for a week after the paid period while this is sorted.

On the account page. Have both your key and email? Cancel right there. Only one of them? Enter it and we email a manage link to the address on file. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.

Write to support@securemacapps.com from the address you subscribed with and say what happened. A person reads every request, and a fair one is refunded. See the refund policy.

Full Disk Access is probably off. macOS hides the Trash, Mail, Safari and other apps’ containers from apps without it. CleanSpace shows a banner when the permission is missing — use it to open System Settings, switch CleanSpace on, then press Check Again.
